Our Kitchen Wizards & Cocktail Masters have applied the dark art of culinary magic to redefine ‘oral pleasures’ in our iconic venue, since 2011.

Combining the strengths of two generations, highly-skilled Chefs and exquisite ingredients – both in the kitchen and in our bars, Cardamom Black was born from the love and passion of serving great food in a truly unique environment – The Old Empire Theatre, one of Yorkshire’s most iconic venues.

Gin Bar, Craft Beers & Twisted Cocktails

Professional Mixologists will greet you in our dedicated groundfloor Cocktail area at a 200 Spirit bottle Bar where you can discuss & create some amazing bespoke Cocktails. You will discover some unusual Spirits and beers, our small (50 Bottle) Gin Library complete with nine different tonics, and a large list of carefully selected world class Wines and Champagnes from around the World. Refreshing Mocktails, non-alcoholic beers and some unusual Lassi also feature for the more conscientious.
